Tender Description
Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board (MFB) is intending to release a Request for Tender in July 2019 for the construction of the new Box Hill Fire Station (Fire Station No. 20) located at Whitehorse Road, Box Hill.
The project will include partial demolition, a basement carpark, fire station and refurbishment of the existing heritage building for operational purposes. The existing fire station is remain operational at all times during the works (save for transitioning from the existing premises to the new premises).
The Tender will be released via selected tender on 4 July, 2019 and close on COB 5 August, 2019.
