Tender Description
Tenders are invited from commercially registered building contractors to carry out the internal upgrade of the first floor at Grattan Gardens Community Centre, located at 40 Grattan Street, Prahran.
During the work, the ground floor of Grattan Gardens Community Centre will be in full operation during the first floor upgrade works Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm. All 'noisy works' is to be undertaken outside the centres operational hours.
The safety of the community centre staff and the public during the upgrade is paramount, and Tenders are to consider all reasonable and adequate precautions are taken to safeguard all staff and visitors from the potential hazards and dangers arising from work under the Contract.
The contractor is to complete the scope of works identified in the tender documents.
