Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for the new building works and alterations to Sacred Heart Primary School, corner Hart Street and Pound Road, Colac.
The works shall comprise the construction of a new addition of 2no. classrooms and a new addition of an amenities block and associated site works (approx. 280m2)
Submissions are to be limited to three A4 pages with Builders to provide commercial registration, previous experience, references, ability to complete projects within time and cost constraints and ability to demonstrate compliance with OH&S and industrial relation requirements for a project of this type.
Submissions shall be received at the following address prior to 2.00 pm on Thursday 28th March 2019 (from which, a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared).
