Federation University Australia is seeking to engage a reputable, capable and experienced builder for the Refurbishment of Toilet facilities at 23 Wetlands Drive Mt Helen.
The successful contractor would be required to work closely with the nominated Fed University Representative to achieve the desired outcomes in the negotiated timeframe and with value for money. The building is occupied with two tenancies and therefore works will need to be programmed in such a way that the tenancies can still operate. Portable toilets have been set up to help with coordinating a program. A site meeting will be held to enable the tender to understand the complexities around the project.
