Tender Description
The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the redevelopment of the G H Soppett Pavilion, located at 11 Venice Street, Mentone.
Tenderers experienced in projects of similar size and scale, working with Heritage listed buildings are sought, as the redevelopment project includes a Heritage-listed Grandstand.
Council hopes to award the contract by late February 2019 and works MUST be completed by September 2020.
