Tender Description
On behalf of St. Mary’s Primary School, Alexandra, we invite Expressions of Interests from Registered Commercial Builders (Victoria) for “Reconfiguration of corridors, staff amenities and extension to admin & associated spaces to provide disability compliant access through the school”, which also involves refurbishment works to existing building.
Applicants need suitable capacity and experience to undertake these works.
This project is partially funded through Catholic Capital Grams (Victoria).
Applicants should include details of company structure, registration and insurances, references from architects and examples of completed projects (Lump Sum contract to be used).
Following this EOI a shortlist of builders will be invited to tender for the project (maximum six). Construction works are scheduled to commence April, 2019.
