Important: Contractors please note the evaluation will be a two step process being a desktop evaluation and a detailed evaluation. Refer to Clause 12 Acceptance of Tender / Key Selection Criteria.
This contract relates to the construction of Casey Fields Regional Soccer Facility 4 Soccer Fields, Floodlighting and Car park.
The Works comprise but are not limited to:
1. Design and Construction of 3. No Synthetic surface FIFA Quality (Community) synthetic soccer fields including drainage cell. Size and final finished level has to be based on design level and dimensions stated on the detail plans for the soccer field.
2. 1 Natural Turf Field including subsurface drainage (drainage cell) and irrigation
3. Floodlighting for Soccer Fields
4. Car Parking & Public Lighting
5. Provision for traffic management and protection of the Works;
6. Setting out of the Works;
7. Demolition, clearing and grubbing;
8. Earthworks
9. Construction of concrete works, kerb and channel, drainage pits, footpath and reinforced concrete bus bays and traffic islands;
10. Installation of stormwater drainage and AG drains;
11. Installation of services
12. Supply and installation of signage, pavement marking and RRPMs
