Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Suitably qualified Tenderers with experience in Slate Roof Replacement in Heritage Listed buildings are invited to Tender for the for the removal of slate and custom orb roofing, roofing battens, sarking, capping's & flashings, removal and reinstall roof access equipment, upgrading the stormwater drainage system, new slate and custom orb roofing, structural works as required to existing roof, straightening the existing roof structure, miscellaneous roofing works, make good; eaves , gutters, timber facia for paint finish, allow for colorbond lining to access hatch, flash all existing roof penetrations, protect the building from dust and water penetrations, painting, roof protection and staging as required; all works to the plans and specifications provided.
