Tender Description
Moreland Council requires the services of a suitably qualified contractor to provide works to complete the conversion of Glenroy Bowls Club green no. 1 from natural lawn to synthetic grass.
It is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that the tender is uploaded and received by the closing time/date. It is advisable to commence this process well before the submission time to avoid any technical difficulties.
Questions submitted three (3) working days before the tender closing date, may not receive a response.
Moreland City Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender.
