Yarra Plenty Regional Library (YPRL) is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and appropriately experienced and qualified person as an independent external member and Chairperson of its Audit Committee.
The Audit Committee is an advisory committee to YPRL’s Board, providing independent assurance and assistance on matters regarding financial and regulatory reporting, enterprise risk management including OHS, compliance responsibilities, audit and internal controls effectiveness.
EOIs are sought from candidates with integrity, enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity.
