Registration of Interest - Building Contractor - Minor Works for Arts Centre Melbourne for the following project objectives:
1. Proposed scope includes the refurbishment of the existing security control room to meet current and future security requirements.
2. Contractor must provide demonstrated experience working in live environments, have a strong track record with occupational health and safety and demonstrated experience delivering works within tight timeframes.
The Expression of Interest (EOI) documents will only be provided to building contractors, who register their interest by 2.00pm AEDT Tuesday 4 September 2018 at ACM@development.vic.gov.au
When registering interest, the following information is required to accompany your registration:
* A brief portfolio including company profile and a maximum of 5 examples of relevant experience relating to the outlined criteria.
* Contact details for receipt of the EOI documents including a name, email, phone number and postal address.
* Completed company confidentiality deed.
