Expressions of Interest are invited from appropriately experienced and reputable companies, to be short-listed for the provision of Heating, Cooling, Air-conditioning, Ventilation & Refrigeration (HVAC&R) Maintenance services for Museums Victoria.
The required services will encompass the provision of maintenance services at the following Museums Victoria sites; Melbourne Museum, Royal Exhibition Building, Immigration Museum, Scienceworks and two storage facilities.
Museums Victoria will assess the submitted Expressions of Interest on the basis of the information supplied in respect of the evaluation criteria. It is intended that suitable companies will be invited to proceed to a second stage in which formal Request for Tenders (RFT) will be called with a anticipated contract commencement of 1 September 2018.
Museums Victoria is seeking expressions of interest from companies wishing to be shortlisted for provision of these services to be submitted to Museums Victoria by 2pm on 31 May 2018. EOI submissions shall only be electronically lodged at tenderbox@museum.vic.gov.au
