Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, ABN 21 973 226 012 (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Design and Construction of Seville Tennis Court Resurfacing & Lighting Project, Seville Recreation Reserve, Seville VIC 3139 (‘the Works’).
Council intends to engage ONE contractor to undertake all of the Works.
Tenderers are advised that Council has a strong preference for the construction to be completed by the end of August 2018.
Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER COSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
