This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued strictly for the purpose of gaining knowledge of the scope of the services and methods available in the marketplace, their potential costs and the capacity of suppliers to deliver those services.
Scope: The scope of this project is to provide a technology solution for Hunter Water's contract and supplier management.
Specifically the functionality to be captured within this system includes, but is not limited to:
(a.) Internal contract management
(b.) External contract management
(c.) Capture of suppliers documentation, certificates of currency etc
(d.) Workflow processes
(e.) Centralised contract management functionality: KPIs, performance monitoring and compliance
(f.) Integration with current and future business systems
(g.) Management of competencies for contract managers
(h.) Selection and evaluation (pre-tender) of suppliers
