Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Powerhouse seeks to procure a digital student management platform to support the administration and delivery of student accommodation services.

Project goals

The Lang Walker Family Academy at Powerhouse Parramatta will welcome 10,000 students annually from across NSW, including Greater Western Sydney and regional, rural and remote communities. Participating high schools and primary schools will take part in a range of unique experiences designed to extend their learning beyond the classroom and engage with real-world problem-solving activities that build curiosity, critical thinking and creativity.

The Powerhouse seeks to procure and onboard a digital student management platform for the Lang Walker Family Academy to support the administration and delivery of student accommodation services. The Platform will be required to be adapted to meet the operational and educational requirements of the Academy.

Scope

The scope of the platform includes but is not limited to the following functions:

  • Centralise student participants, educator and program management functions.
  • Streamline registrations, onboarding and communications with NSW schools.
  • Support accommodation and student activity program coordination.
  • Facilitate compliance processes.
  • Meet data and privacy standards
  • Enable dashboard reporting to support operations and program delivery.
  • Integrate (via API) with other Powerhouse systems as required.
