Tender Description
The works are for the construction of asphalt footpath in the road reserve in Golf Links Road, Ararat.
The existing path is gravel and runs between Golf Links Road and Picnic Road. The new section of asphalt path will be on the same alignment as the existing and will connect existing paths at each end. The new path will be 2 metres wide and 170 metres in length.
The contractor is responsible for the construction of asphalt footpath and all associated work in accordance with this scope of works, including the supply of all labour, plant hire and materials.
The contractor is required to obtain all necessary permits, i.e. working in road reserve (no fee applicable), service authority approvals, etc. prior to work commencing.
