Tender Description
This project consists of the removal of sections of existing footpath and then the construction of a new footpath in its place.
The contractor is responsible for the construction of footpath and all associated work in accordance with this scope of works, including the supply of all labour, plant hire and materials.
The contractor is required to obtain all necessary permits, i.e. working in road reserve (no fee applicable), service authority approvals, etc. prior to work commencing.
This tender is for the construction of footpath and associated works in various locations in Ararat. These sites are listed below with additional information included in the drawings.
- Barkly Street, Ararat. On southern side between Laby St and View Point St.
