This project consists of the construction of footpath, dished channel, pipe and pit installation and associated works on Albert Street, Ararat
The contractor is responsible for the demolition of the existing footpath, construction of new footpath, dished channel, pipe and pit installation and associated works, including the supply of all labour, plant hire and equipment.
The contractor is required to obtain all necessary permits, i.e. working in road reserve (no fee applicable), service authority approvals, etc. prior to work commencing.
Works span from 54-64 Albert St, Ararat 3377. This section extends between Currajong Ave and Grano St Ararat, 3377. Works include demolition and reconstruction of 224m2 concrete path, Construction of 111L.m of dished channel, installation of one grated pit and one 9m length of 300mm diameter poly pipe.
