Tender Description
VicTrack invites tenders from suitably qualified organisations (commercial builders with relevant industry qualifications) with strong experience within the rail environment or with refurbishment of station building sites experience, for upgrade and refurbishment works at Stawell and St Arnauds Station.
The scope of works includes but may not be limited to Exterior and Interiors works such as Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Plastering, Carpentry, Joinery, and Brickworks. Along with some design and installation works for Hydraulics and Electrical, Asbestos and lead paint removal. Submissions to Local and State authorities relating to works e.g. Council building permits and hazardous substances removal will be required.
VicTrack reserves the right to award individual packages to one, or to multiple successful tenderers.
