Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Wellington Shire Council is seeking quotes for the removal of the former terminal building at Yarram Aerodrome.

Scope

All quotes must address the following:

  • Full building removal including concrete slab flooring
  • Any asbestos removal
  • Full site remediation including disposing of all material
  • Disconnection of any services
  • Obtaining any required permits

Contractor Requirements

  • All contractors submitting an application must be registered and approved by Council's Contractor System (Rapid), including but not limited to all insurances, licences, permits and qualifications

Site Inspection

A site inspection is available upon request.
