GeelongPort Pty Ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the delivery of the Lascelles Wharf Fire Protection Upgrade at Lascelles Wharf, North Shore, Victoria.
Scope
The project involves the site-wide upgrade of fire protection systems within a live operational port environment. The scope includes:
- Installation and integration of fire water infrastructure
- Installation and integration of sprinkler and hydrant systems
- Installation and integration of fire detection and emergency warning systems
- Associated civil, structural, electrical and control system works
Contractor Requirements
- Tenderers must submit a conforming tender
- A detailed program, methodology and pricing breakdown is required
- Contractors must demonstrate experience in similar complex industrial or brownfield projects
