The proposed works is redevelopment Early Childhood Intervention Centre at 1 Kalparrin Avenue, Greensborough.
The works will generally be redevelopment of the existing facility including all associated services. The works are generally incorporated in the Plans and Specifications which include but not limited to the following:
* Preparation of site area as the Centre has to be operational at all the time during redevelopment works.
* Demolition works for some partitions, windows, doors & external walls as shown in the architectural & Structural drawings.
* Build additional new offices, therapy rooms, new main entrance, adding new air conditions for the existing rooms, adding a Hall & kitchenette in the new upper floor & close the existing entrance, plus a pitched roof, foundation work for Air conditioning works.
The contractor is to familiarise themselves with the site, access, extent, complexity and timing of works required and shall take into account any additional or incidental works not specifically listed. The contractor will need to ensure that the Centre will be operational at all the times during development.
Tenderers submissions should include a sketch detailing the site set up during construction, this is including but not limited to, the location of site accesses, temporary fences, and temporary offices for traders, lunch room and Traffic management.
