User Researchers - Canberra - Multiple Roles!
We are seeking User Researchers to join one of our delivery teams (see additional information for the detailed description).
You will be working in a new team comprising of a delivery manager, service designer, interaction designer and user researcher.
The User Researcher will work in a multidisciplinary team to build world class government digital services. You will be helping government do the hard work to radically improve government information and services. The user researcher will have experience working in Agile and, ideally, experience with the Commonwealth Digital Service Standard. The work involves planning, conducting, and analysing research in a collaborative way within a multidisciplinary team.
