Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced commercial builders for the construction of the Research Park Pavilion Redevelopment and associated infrastructure.
The existing pavilion at Research Park is located on an escarpment which allows access from ground level and has a viewing area in front of the building which provides an elevated view of the oval.
The pavilion requires redevelopment to cater for club growth and female participation, to improve building accessibility, and to upgrade change facilities, amenities and storage spaces to meet current building standards in relation to universal design and sporting association standards.
