Tender Description
Melton City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified contractors for works to redevelop three locally classified parks.
The completed works will deliver high quality recreational and social infrastructure to local park reserves. Each park will include the installation of a playground, hard and soft paths, landscaping, a shelter, a barbecue, park furniture, and exercise equipment.
The Master Plans for each of the three park redevelopments have been finalised and are attached.
Details of the three reserves are as follows.
Stewart Crescent Reserve:

Approximate construction budget: $390,000
Allenby Road Reserve:
Address: Allenby Road, Hillside, Victoria 3037
Approximate budget: $440,000
Kirkton Drive Reserve:
Address: Kirkton Drive, Kurunjang, Victoria 3337
Approximate budget: $440,000
