Seeking an agile senior developer familiar with RESTful microservice design to work as part of a team tasked with developing a Digital Records Platform (DRP). The role will function as the technical lead and be responsible for advising Finance of the technical fit for purpose of the DRP.
You will work closely with the Program Management Office. You will have to interact with ICT technical specialists from a range of agencies, and with the vendor community who may be proposing innovative solutions in response to a market testing exercise.
You will be managing an agile cross functional team and advising on the procurement of specialist ICT skilled personnnel including data scientists, architects, platform engineers, ontology specialists and records managers. You will provide project management to a project that will rely on RESTful microservice design, cognitive computing and Devops automation, to automate the task of records capture and management. The technical lead will manage the delivery of the DRP advising Finance on the technical fit for purpose of the procurement, or the build, of the DRP.
