Arts Centre Melbourne is the premier performing arts venue in the heart of the city's arts and entertainment precinct.
Arts Centre Melbourne seeks interest from companies for the provision of Event Cleaning and Associated Services for the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.
To be considered for the tender, contractors need to clearly demonstrate they have established and ongoing Event Cleaning service contracts for high profile and highly dynamic publicly accessible spaces.
The scope of services include:
* Extensive experience managing venue event cleaning requirements for crowds in excess of 10,000 patrons.
* General facilities tidiness and presentation.
* Performance of specific planned core cleaning maintenance tasks.
* Reporting of building maintenance problems.
* Management of Event Cleaning service provision, both planned and reactive.
* Management of Cleaning supplies.
* Management and provision of all Waste and Recycling Services.
The site includes open air event space and its environs encompassing, stage, auditoria, grounds, foyers, function room, support spaces and offices.
