Tender Submission Format: An electronic copy of the Tender Response in ‘.doc’ or ‘.docx' format, clearly named with the Tenderer Name and “RFT Response”; and the Pricing Schedule Response Attachments (1, 2 and 3) in ‘.xls’ spreadsheet format in separate electronic files, clearly named with the Tenderer Name and “Pricing Schedule 1”, “Pricing Schedule 2”, and “Volume Report”.
