Bayswater Early Years Hub – Detailed Design
This contract calls for the Detailed Design of the proposed new Bayswater Early Years Hub to be constructed at Phyllis Street, Bayswater. Construction of this facility is due to commence in February 2018.
Works to be carried out are described in detail in the design brief of the tender document, but generally include the development of approved concept plans into detailed design plans and documentation suitable for tender and construction purposes, and provision of contract consultancy services during the tender and construction stages. Additionally, tenderers should allow for management of post construction defects period on behalf of the Superintendent.

Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday 20 June 2017.

Tenders for all the contracts must be lodged in the TENDER BOX on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
