Request for Proposal: Principal Consultant / Design Services Consultant for the ANGAU Memorial Hospital, Lae, Papua New Guinea.
The Australian Government is supporting the redevelopment of the ANGAU Memorial Hospital in Lae, Papua New Guinea. Johnstaff International Development has been appointed as the Project Management and Contract Administration Consultant for this project. Johnstaff International Development is procuring Design Services. Consultants to provide the full technical design consultancy services, inclusive of engineering and building code compliance for the ANGAU Memorial Hospital, located in Lae, Papua New Guinea.
Interested consortia must be led by an Architectural design practice that is registered with an Australian based Architects Registration Board or an equivalent international body and must have demonstrated design experience in the development of major clinical and non-clinical health and hospital projects. With the exception of the architectural services, no exclusivity arrangements are to be entered into for any other consortia member, sub-consultant, engineering and other technical advisory consultants.
