Overview
Wyndham City Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultancy entities for the appointment of a Lead Design Consultant for the Community Events Venue Space, known as the Big Shed, to be located at 1 Fortitude Drive, Truganina.
Scope
- Provision of lead design consultancy services for the Community Events Venue Space (Big Shed) at 1 Fortitude Drive, Truganina
Contractor Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in greenfield developments, planning, technical design and delivery of community infrastructure and major event facilities
- Demonstrated capability to coordinate a multi-disciplinary design team
- Proven capability to deliver innovative, value-for-money design solutions within a constrained project budget, while achieving a 5 Green Star building accreditation
