Overview
City of Kingston is seeking suitably qualified and experienced landscape architecture consultants to deliver the design and documentation of a package of five playground renewal projects across the municipality.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design and documentation of five playground renewal projects: Adelong Court Playground, Scotch Parade Playground, Iluka Reserve Playground, Leonard Close Playground, and Meppel Drive Playground
- Concept design (where required)
- Preparation of community engagement materials
- Detailed design
- Cost planning
- Accessibility and compliance assessments
- Preparation of tender documentation
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified and experienced in landscape architecture consultancy services
- Ability to develop innovative, inclusive, and accessible playground designs
- Designs must align with Council's Play Your Way Strategy 2023, relevant Australian Standards, and project budget requirements
