Provision of Office Relocation Services (Municipal Accommodation Project)

Yarra Ranges Shire Council, invite tenders from suitably experienced and resourced parties for the Provision of Office Relocation Services (‘the Services’).

The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with Council having the solo option to extend the Contract by up to an additional (2) years.

Submissions are sought from tenderers suitably experienced in the management and provision of the Services as outlined in the specification.

Council intends to select a panel of up to FIVE tenderers for the Service dependent on capability, capacity and depth of experience.

Please Note: A site tour and walk through will be held at the Yarra Ranges Council Office at 15 Anderson Street Lilydale during the week starting 13 March 2017. Tender submissions must be received by the Tender Closing Date or as otherwise changed by addenda.

Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
