About the EOI: Snowy Valleys Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for a 20 year lease of the Tumbarumba Creek Caravan Park from potential lessees to be part of the major redevelopment of the park. Total capital expenditure to upgrade the park will be order of $2.605 million which includes a proposed upfront lessee's capital contribution of up to $600,000.

Canvassing Support: A respondent shall not directly, or indirectly, canvass support from an elected member, or employee, of Council at any time. Any respondent involved in such activity will result in their Quotation being rejected.
Submission: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred). Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the Expression of Interest title and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located at the Tumbarumba Shire Council Office, Corner Bridge and Winton Streets Tumbarumba by the nominated time and date.
Closing Date and Time: Submissions close at 5pm on Friday 13th January, 2017 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced submission or all or any part of a submission and reserves the right to conduct the submission process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff with the exception of the Contact Officer are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the submission.
