This information pack sets out the terms and conditions associated with obtaining the Agricultural Lease for Grazing of Sheep and Cropping on the land detailed above and shown in the attached aerial photo highlighted in red.

The Lease period for will be 5 years and will be subject to certain terms and conditions, which will be detailed in the Lease documentation. Essentially these conditions restrict usage to normal agricultural practices and include but not limited to maintaining the Lease area in a safe, clean, sanitary and tidy condition, maintenance of stock in a healthy condition, prompt removal of dead stock, control of weeds without damage to native vegetation and compliance to relevant legislation.

•  Weed and Pest Animal Control.
•  Crop Rotation and Management.
•  Fencing Maintenance and Repair.
•  Fire Hazard Control.
•  Public Liability Insurance Cover $20m.
•  Proposed Rental offered.
