EOI - Opportunity to Occupy Glenly Complex at Glen Park

Expressions of Interest are being sought from community groups, sports clubs and interested parties to enter into a Licence Agreement for use of premises formally Glenly Tennis Club. The initial licence period will be 5 years - with opportunity to extend for further 5-year term if the licence arrangement is satisfactory to both parties.

The site consists of clubroom with small kitchenette and meeting area, storage and 2 toilets. There are 8 marked tennis courts, fully fenced with a total area of approximately 5,300 sqm plus lock up garden storage shed. Inspections of the premises are invited by arrangement.
