The project will encompass the supply and implementation of software meeting the business requirements, assistance in migrating existing data, and the deployment of the software including all relevant training and documentation.
The existing system was developed internally, has limited scope for future expansion and restrictive functionality. Council is looking for an approach that increases its management effectiveness and that can be deployed throughout the organisation to allow for greater interaction, integration and flexibility.
