This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to obtain information from industry regarding the current scope, capabilities, integrations, assumptions, and constraints associated with the DMS and SAMS
Project goals
The intent of this RFI is to obtain market feedback and better understanding solution options & estimated costs, market capacity, capability and experience for Trip Planner Data Management and Service (DMS) Alert Management Systems (AMS) including integration with other TfNSW existing systems.
Scope
Gather insights, perspectives and innovative ideas. The objective of this RFI is to gather information that will assist TfNSW in developing a clear and consistent understanding of:
- The scope and capabilities of the current DMS and SAMS technologies and solutions
- How these systems integrate with each other and with other TfNSW platforms
- The standards, interfaces, and data formats supported;
- Operational and support models
- Considerations for future enhancements or changes and
- Estimated approx cost
