The Borough of Queenscliffe (Council) seeks the services of suitably qualified and experienced consultants with a proven ability to provide design services for Civil Works for the Redevelopment of the Queenscliff Recreation Reserve in accordance with Draft Masterplan.
The works consist of the following elements:
1. Electrical Services to the sports facilities, excluding the Monahan Centre & lighting of the football oval
2. Electrical Services to the caravan & camping facilities.
3. Water Services including upgrading the existing fire service system for the Monahan Centre
4. Sewer Services for the Caravan & Camping Facilities.
5. Gas Supply Services
6. Telecommunications Services
7. Roadworks
8. Earthworks
9. Stormwater Drainage
10. Sporting Playing Services
11. Landscaping
