Tender Description
The City of Greater Geelong is seeking the services of a qualified cleaning contractor to undertake the cleaning of Council's major office buildings, the National Wool Museum and the Geelong Regional Libraries including the Geelong Library & Heritage Centre.

Mandatory Site Inspection
Please be advised that Council will conduct a mandatory site inspection commencing at 9:00am, Wednesday 12 October 2016.
To assist with the organisation of visits to the nominated operational sites Tenderers are advised that a maximum of two representatives can be nominated.
Tenderers are requested to meet at the forecourt in front of Geelong's City Hall building located at 30 Gheringhap St Geelong (cnr Little Malop St.). Car parking is available directly opposite City Hall in the Civic Centre Carpark.
