The University's key business objectives for the project to which this RFT relates are as follows: A key objective of the project is to use a variety of data sources, including engagement data, to predict student success/failure and satisfaction/ dissatisfaction. This in turn will assist our educators to reduce the number of students at risk of not achieving their goals and qualifications, improve academic grades, and enhance student satisfaction levels.
This project will provide the University insights on trends in relation to learning analytics software and solutions. In particular it will support the work of the Quality and Analytics Group, which the Education Portfolio established to lead and enable learning analytics practice and research at the University.
