Essential Energy has recently embarked on the Transformation Program which will provide a framework to deliver transformational business change, creating a sustainable operating business model. The Transformation Program will deliver a step change in our work planning, management, governance and delivery which includes the organisations ability to effectively and efficiently optimise our capital works program.
To date, Essential Energy has engaged external expertise to review and assess the current processes, tools and capabilities for engaging in a structured and quantitative approach to prioritising capital works. Based on this review, we have formulated the Capital Prioritisation Project (under the Optimise Capital Plan Transformation Initiative) to implement system solution which enables more strategic and quantitative approach to prioritising capital works. This system will not only define and quantify risk, but also provide a basis for establishing forward capital programs.
The next stage - and the purpose of this RFQ - is to define the resource and system cost requirement to implement the first phase of a system solution, with indications of cost for future phases.
