Provision of Cleaning Services to Wyndham City Council
Contract No. C1776/16

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified organisations with appropriate experience to undertake the general cleaning services for 36 single and multiple use Council buildings and facilities, including Kindergartens, Community Centres, Maternal and Child Health Centres, Civic Centre Buildings, Libraries and Theatre. The contract will also include periodic and may include ad hoc specialised cleaning. The buildings being cleaned under contract may be varied by Council during the term of the contract. Initial contract term will be three years with further discretionary extensions.

Only those companies currently providing services of a similar nature and on a similar scale will be considered.

Organisations will be shortlisted based on the evaluation of their Expression of Interest and invited to tender for the work.
