Tender Description
The Surf Coast Shire Council invites submissions from suitably qualified consultants for the provision of consultancy services for the preparation of a Masterplan for Grasstree Park, Torquay.
Details of the project are set out in the RFQ documentation.

Specific quotation enquiries are to be submitted through the online forum (see option below).
Submissions must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time.
Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Submissions not complying with the requirements - for example, submissions submitted by facsimile or email, will not be accepted.
It is the Respondent's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.

Submissions are to be lodged no later than 3.00pm on 11 March 2016.
Late or incorrectly lodged submissions may not be considered.
