Overview
Colac Otway Shire Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the detailed design and construction of a Bike Park at the Elliminyt Recreation Reserve.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Detailed design and construction of a Bike Park at the Elliminyt Recreation Reserve
- Construction of an asphalt surface pump track
- Construction of an all-weather surface bike jumps area
Instructions to Tenderers
- Suppliers intending to submit a response should allow sufficient time to upload their submission to the eProcure portal before the close date and time of 2.00pm, as large files may take some time to load
- Failure to fully upload a submission by the close time will result in being locked out of the portal
- Late submissions will not be accepted unless it can be proven that exceptional circumstances prevented the timely upload of the response
