Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders closing 2.00pm on Wednesday 16 March 2016, from suitability qualified and experienced organisations to undertake provision of environmental assessment and associated design services at Griggs Creek, Clifton Springs.

The budget for construction and associated works which includes consultant's costs, contingencies, escalation and other costs associated with the Griggs Creek Rehabilitation and Restoration, is up $750,000.00

In terms of appointing a consultant to undertake this Project, Council wishes to appoint a head consultant who will take full responsibility for the engagement, control and reimbursement of all sub consultants.

Mandatory Criteria:
1) The tenderer must have had significant previous experience and have undertaken environmental assessment and design works for projects that have a value greater than $500k.
2) Mandatory Site Inspection

Mandatory Site Inspection:
Please be advised that Council will conduct a mandatory site inspection at 10.30am Wednesday 2 March 2016. The site meeting is to be held at 202-204 Bay Shore Avenue, Clifton Springs, VIC 3222. (refer attached map/location details in tender documents for further details)
Prospective tenderers must attend this site inspection. Failure of a tenderer to attend will result in their tender being excluded as a non-conforming tender.

Council representatives will be present to discuss details regarding the project and the tender process.
