Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2:00pm Tuesday 9 February 2016 for:
The provision of an events management software solution. The Council manages a number of commercial and community based facilities (eg. theatres, auditoriums, sporting grounds, aquatic centres, civic centres, halls, parks, open air spaces, etc.) which are available for hire either on a seasonal, regular or ad-hoc basis. In addition, Council manages a number of events (including live performances, conferences, meetings, weddings, dinners, festivals, mayoral balls, etc.) and wishes to use the same system to manage these events.
Thus, Council seeks a software solution that not only provides an ability to hire these facilities but also provides events management capability.
Alternatively, a compact disk is available for a non-refundable fee of $35 (GST inclusive) from the Customer Enquiry Centre, Ground Floor City Administration Centre, 282 King Street, Newcastle, 2300 or by calling (02) 4974-2030.
Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
