Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Builders for the construction redevelopment of an Aged Care administration building and modification to an existing building to accommodate program and administration space located within the Central Business District of Melton.
Overview and Sites of Project Construction Works
Description of Works – To construct an Administration Building, comprising of office space, amenities, storage, meetings spaces and secure car park including modifying an existing building to accommodate an expansion to the activity program space and associated administrative function.
Location – Corner Smith and McKenzie Streets, Melton VIC 3337
Description of Site – Existing building and vacant lot located within a brown field site.
