East Grampians Health Service (EGHS) of Girdlestone Street Ararat , ABN 93 473 547 006 a Public Health Service incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Health Services Act 1988 as amended is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the manufacture and supply of a selective range of denture items to the Community Dental Service at EGHS.
The term of the contract with the successful respondent will be one year with a one year option.
The Community Dental Service at EGHS is a 6 chair facility providing dental care for members of the Ararat & District Community. This includes a range of services which are provided by a broad team of health workers. The manufacture, fitting and repairing of dentures forms part of this service.
