NSW Trustee & Guardian seeks tenders to source a software based solution and assist in implementation of the solution to: Electronically prepare Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardian in order to improve quality and reduce time and costs associated with the development of these documents
Introduce the ability of a client to provide the necessary information electronically prior to meeting with the Wills Writer.
